27/01/2016 · For my IE 11 browser, the links may or may not work in Adobe Reader plugin depending on the security setting that IE and/or Reader plugin are running. While I don’t doubt there is some setting for IE browser that works for you, I strongly suggest you review how you are creating such hyperlinks in the PDFs, as it does not seem to be a generally supported method for all browsers.

7/05/2015 · I do have Adobe Acrobat Pro XI, but that requires recreating the hyperlinks every time I convert the Visio document into PDF. Since I use Visio to create and edit the documents, that means every single change that is published means more Acrobat work to recreate the hyperlinks.
